These Terms of Use govern your use of the Match Counter mobile app and website. Match Counter is operated by Niko Ng in Vietnam. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

License to use Match Counter

Subject to these terms, Match Counter grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended scorekeeping and timing purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Your match content

You are responsible for the game names, player or team names, scores, and other content you enter into Match Counter. Do not enter content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. You retain ownership of your content; you give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Purchases

Match Counter may offer in-app purchases. Purchases, billing, cancellations, refunds, and restores are handled by the app store from which you downloaded the app and are subject to that store’s terms. We do not process your payment-card details. Access to a purchased feature may require a successful store verification or restore.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Match Counter at any time. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that saved match data will always be available.

Disclaimers

Match Counter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use the app at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Match Counter and Niko Ng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Match Counter at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, excluding conflict of law rules. We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after a revised version is posted means you accept the updated terms.
